Returns

We have a 14-day return policy. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and unwashed), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact shop@coreresponse.org with your name, order number, proof of purchase, and issue with product. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to CORE without a return shipping label from us will not be accepted. 

International Customers: We cannot accept returns on international purchases at this time.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as face masks and hats. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

All sale items and gift cards are final sale. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are conducted on a first-come, first-serve basis. We cannot guarantee stock of the product you are hoping to exchange. Please contact us if you have any questions about product availability. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Customers: We cannot offer exchanges on international purchases at this time. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Please note, it may take 2-3 days for your return to be approved. If approved, CORE will issue a refund to the original payment method less any associated shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in the product refund amount. Please refer to your bank or credit card company’s refund policy, as times may vary for your refund to be processed and posted.
